Vision Plans

Most vision plans allow patients to have an annual vision exam with dilation and purchase glasses or contact lenses at a discounted price. Most plans will have pre-determined co-payments for the office visit and upgrades on frames and lenses. With hundreds of different types of vision plans and coverages, our staff members will help you understand your vision benefits and maximize your savings.

Medical Insurance

Diagnosis and treatment of eye health issues such as dry eyes, eye infections, flashes/floaters, glaucoma and diabetic eye exams are billed to your medical insurance. Some plans have deductibles that need to be met before insurance coverage begins. We will help to confirm eligibility with your insurance company. All co-payments are due at the time of your visit. We are currently in-network with the following health plans:

Medicare Department of Health & Human Services USA
BlueShield

Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Both HSAs and FSAs are ways your employers can help you use tax-free dollars towards the cost of healthcare. These plans allow you to put pre-tax dollars into an account which you can use to pay for co-payments, office visits, prescription glasses, contact lenses, LASIK, or any type of surgeries. While the money you put into an HSA rolls over if you do not use it, money in a FSA must be usd by its deadline otherwise the funds are forfeited.

CareCredit

CareCredit is different from a regular credit card. It is a credit card that is exclusive for healthcare services. It helps you pay for any out-of-pocket expenses not covered by insurance.

CareCredit offers special financing options:

“With shorter term financing options of 6, 12, 18 or 24 months no interest is charged on purchases of $200 or more when you make the minimum monthly payments and pay the full amount due by the end of the promotional period. If you do not, interest is charged from the original purchase date.”

Existing card holders can use their card at over 200,000 enrolled providers across the nation.

Other Payment Options: We also accept cash and all major credit cards.
